CLASS I TO X:
The school evaluates students in both Scholastic and Co-Scholastic areas. The Scholastic assessment consists of Internal/Periodic Assessment carrying 20 marks and Mid-Term and End-Term Examinations carrying 80 marks.
The Co-Scholastic areas include Work Education, Art Education, Health & Physical Education, and Discipline.
The Periodic Assessment includes Periodic Tests (10 marks), Notebook Submission (5 marks), and Subject Enrichment Activities (5 marks).
Periodic Tests are conducted at regular intervals to assess students’ understanding of concepts, identify areas for improvement, and enable teachers to plan instruction effectively.
To pass a subject, a student must secure a minimum of 33% marks in the Mid-Term and End-Term Examinations. For promotion to the next class, the student must obtain at least 33% marks in each subject.
A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory for a student to be eligible to appear for the Annual Examination held in December. The school submits attendance records to CBSE, and students failing to meet the required attendance will not be permitted to appear for the Annual Examination. Parents are requested to ensure that their child meets the attendance requirement.
