Attendance is mandatory for all tests and examinations conducted during the academic year. A student absent for any test or examination will be awarded zero marks, unless the absence is due to medical reasons, subject to the approval of the Head of the Institution. No other reasons for absence will be considered. Both students and parents are responsible for ensuring attendance in all written tests and examinations.

All subjects, including Computer Science, Dictation, Art, Aptitude, and Sports, will be assessed and graded as per the prescribed norms.

Students reporting late for an examination will not be granted extra time to complete the question paper.

Use of unfair means during examinations will result in the student being awarded zero marks in the concerned subject. The student and parent will be required to appear before the school authorities to provide an explanation. Repetition of such misconduct will lead to the issuance of a Transfer Certificate without prior notice.

Requests for the issuance of Progress Cards prior to the declaration of results will not be entertained.

Examination and assessment schedules are finalized in advance, and no re-examination or rescheduling will be permitted for reasons of personal convenience.
